ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

Purpose, Context & Responsibilities

We require an Architectural Technologist to assist in the delivery of exciting portfolio of residential, mixed use and commercial projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all work stages including the preparation of planning and tender applications and specification documentation, job management and site inspections/ recording and of construction works.

Role Requirements

  • Education qualification in Architectural Technology
  • Minimum 5 years experience and ability to operate proficiently in Autodesk Revit and AutoCad.
  • Knowledge of Irish Planning and Building Regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and the ability to work on own initiative
