About This Project

The design consists of three-storey, five-unit terrace houses in Tramore. Each unit has four bedrooms and an open plan dining/living area with a balcony overlooking the back garden.
Rear roof dormers are proposed to optimise the use of the attic space and maximise the attractive panoramic views to Tramore Bay.
We are proposing a simple palette of materials, including natural brick, white render and black steel balustrades.
